Prosotto is a professional networking platform for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up to confirm this, and accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are blocked and removed.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use the platform for unsolicited commercial communications (spam).

Users retain ownership of their submitted content. By posting, you grant Prosotto a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Prohibition of Scraping

Users and third parties are strictly prohibited from using automated systems, software, or “bots” to scrape, extract, or harvest data from Prosotto for the purpose of training Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, machine learning, or automated analytics without our express written authorisation.

AI Transparency

While we may utilise AI-powered tools to enhance your experience (e.g., writing assistance or professional insights), we do not sell your personal data to third-party AI companies for the purpose of training their models.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data Collection

We collect name, email, professional background, location data (with consent), and usage analytics.

International Data Transfers

As an international platform, your data may be processed outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Prosotto to charge your selected payment method (including Credit/Debit cards via Stripe or Apple Pay) on a recurring basis.

You may cancel at any time via your B2B dashboard. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Contact details shared through Integrations

Organisers who connect a CRM receive contact details only for members who chose to share them with that organiser. Every contact arrives marked as not confirmed. Before adding anyone to a marketing list, the organiser must send their own confirmation and receive the member's agreement. When the organiser receives a consent withdrawn notice, they must delete or suppress that contact within 30 days. Organisers must keep their signing secret safe and use shared details only in line with UK data protection law.

Limitation

Prosotto shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

International Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Users outside the UK may retain mandatory consumer protection rights under their local jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
