How we look after each other on Prosotto
1. Be respectful
Prosotto brings together people from every industry and every generation. Treat everyone the way you would in a good conversation over coffee: with curiosity, patience and kindness. Disagree politely, and remember there is a real person on the other side.
2. No harassment or hate
We do not allow bullying, threats, unwanted advances, sexual content or repeated messages to someone who has not replied. Hate or abuse aimed at anyone because of who they are, including their race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or age, has no place here.
3. No spam or selling
Prosotto is for genuine connection, not cold pitches. Please do not send bulk or copied messages, sales offers, recruitment drives, schemes or links to anything misleading. If someone wants to hear more about your work, they will ask.
4. Meet safely
When you meet someone for the first time, choose a busy public place such as a café or a hotel lobby, tell a friend where you are going, and make your own way there and back. You never have to share your home address or personal details, and you can leave at any time.
5. Reporting and blocking
If something feels wrong, trust your instinct. You can block anyone from their profile or your conversation, and they will no longer be able to contact you. You can also report a profile or message; reports are confidential and read by our team. If you are ever in danger, contact the emergency services first.
6. When the rules are broken
We review every report carefully. Breaking these guidelines can lead to a warning, content being removed, or your account being suspended or removed from Prosotto. These guidelines sit alongside our Terms and Privacy policy.
Thank you for helping keep Prosotto a warm, safe place where nobody feels alone in their working life.
