Questions and answers

Prosotto, explained simply

How private, user led professional connections work, and how to find the right people and events.

Can I arrange a meet in chat?

Yes. Once you are connected, open My calendar from your chat and choose Schedule a meet. Choose Coffee, Lunch, Breakfast, Brunch, Afternoon tea, A walk, Mocktail, Cocktail, A glass of something, Tennis, Golf, Padel, Running, Cycling, Gym, Sailing or Fishing, or Write your own. Meet by video call is a separate option. Offer up to three dates and times, choose 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes, and add an optional place, map link and short note. Your connection can choose a time, suggest other times or decline. Accepted meets appear in My calendar and can be added to Apple or your phone calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. For video meets, Join video call is available in My calendar and the chat Meetings tab from 10 minutes before the start.

What is Prosotto?

Prosotto is a private professional network where members find their own connections across industries and generations. There is no public feed and no follower count.

Does Prosotto choose who I meet?

No. Members choose who to connect with: they choose their own filters, decide whom they want to contact and connect only when both people agree.

Can I use Prosotto to find a mentor?

You can use profiles and filters to meet professionals whose experience is relevant, then ask privately whether they would be open to a conversation. Prosotto does not assign mentors.

Is Prosotto suitable for introverts?

Prosotto lets you find the right person and begin privately before meeting, which can feel calmer than entering an unstructured networking room.

How do I find networking events near me?

Browse the public events hub by city or topic. Listings are drawn from official event pages and link back to each organiser.

Can event organisers use Prosotto?

Yes. Prosotto gives organisers tools for purposeful connections before, during and after an event. Business tools are available on the web.
