Delete your account

How to permanently remove your Prosotto account and data.

Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account at any time from inside the Prosotto app. There is no waiting period and no need to contact us first.

    Open the Prosotto app on your device or web browser.

    Tap Settings from the main navigation.

  3. 3

    Scroll to the bottom and open the Danger zone section.

  4. 4

    Tap Delete my account.

  5. 5

    Enter your account email address and confirm. Deletion happens immediately.

What happens to your data

When you confirm deletion, your account is removed immediately and the following data is deleted:

  • Profile information
  • Connections and matches
  • Messages and conversations
  • Event registrations and check-ins
  • Podcasts and uploads
  • Avatar and media files

We only keep information for as long as we are legally required to, such as for tax, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations. After that period it is also deleted.

Can't sign in or no longer have the app?

If you cannot access your account, email us and we will delete it for you after verifying your identity.
